SHIPPING INFORMATION – NEW ZEALAND

Shipping on all orders is totally free to New Zealand addresses!

Delivery times vary depending on where you live and where the item ships from. Our stock is all held in New Zealand and will ship from either our Auckland store or from our warehouse in Christchurch. Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours, apart from weekend orders, which are processed and dispatched on a Monday. Shipping is usually a two day service across metro locations, with rural deliveries taking an extra day or two.

SHIPPING INFORMATION – INTERNATIONAL

brave can deliver via DHL Express your order internationally! If your Country isn’t loaded with a rate yet, please contact us so we can give you a quote and get that rate loaded for your purchase.

(the recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties & fees, which are levied once the shipment reaches the recipients country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient)

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

brave is dedicated to providing quality garments to our customers. We hope you like what you have ordered, but if something isn’t right, then we would like to resolve this for you.

Please check the sizing guides before you purchase to ensure you select the correct size, and make your selection carefully.

Please note items purchased through brave must be processed through our online office; they can’t be refunded or exchanged in our retail stores.

No returns, refunds or exchanges will be made on sale goods.

 

OUR RETURNS POLICY

We do not refund based on a change of mind, but will refund if the garment is:

  • Garments damaged or faulty prior to delivery
  • Garments that vary from their description on this website
  • Goods supplied incorrectly

As brave is not liable for the loss of an item being returned we recommend that you return it using registered mail in original or appropriate packaging. Please include the original invoice, and a reason for your return.

We do not replace items that have clearly been damaged because of wear and tear.

Once we receive the item we will repair, replace or refund the item within 10 working days of receipt.

The item being refunded will be refunded by the original form of payment.

If you have requested a refund we will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.

 

OUR EXCHANGE POLICY

We can only exchange items for a different size or colour of the same item, if available. If you would like a different item, you’ll need to place a new order.

If you would like to exchange an item, firstly please check the website or contact us for product availability and inform us of the different size or colour that you would prefer.

Exchanges must be unwashed, unworn and unused in original condition, with all tags still intact. Please include the original invoice, and return the product to us within 14 days of the original receipt.

The item from the original order will be returned and a new order containing the exchanged item will be processed. Any discounts received will be carried over in an exchange.

We will notify you by email once your exchange has been processed.

As brave is not liable for the loss of an item being returned we recommend that you return it using registered mail in original or appropriate packaging. The customer must pay for the shipping costs.
